Step 1: The first thing that you need to do is download the MIUI 184.108.40.206 Global Stable ROM file. Once downloaded, you need to rename this file to Update.zip in order to make things less complicated in future.
Step 2: Now you have to connect your PC to your Phone.
Step 3: Copy the file you downloaded and renamed in the first step onto your phone’s memory.

Step 1: Download the Mi Flash tool on your computer.
Step 2: Then you have to download the MIUI Global Stable ROM update as well on your computer. Make sure these files are located on the desktop of your PC.
Step 3: You need to switch your phone off and turn it back on by pressing and holding the Power buttons along with the Volume button.
Step 4: Now connect your phone to your PC.
Step 5: Launch the MiFlash tool and you need to set the path as the ROM folder path.
Step 6: To start the flashing process, you need to click on the Flash button. All you have to do now is to wait for the process to finish. After the process is completed, you can enjoy the update on your phone.
