Prerequisites:

1- USB Drivers: To begin with, it is very important for you to have the updated Huawei 8 USB driver downloaded and installed on your PC.

2- Enable Debugging mode: If your phone is unable to get connected with the PC, it means the debugging mode is disabled. Before proceeding to the actual process, you first need to enable the debugging mode on your phone.

3- Installed ADB: You need to ensure that fastboot ADB is also installed on your computer.

4- Developer Option: You also need to enable the developers option, to do so, go to Setting>About Phone and tap multiple times on the build number.

5- Backup Data: In case something goes wrong during the process, you might end up losing all your data. To be on the safe side, we highly recommend that you make a backup of your data.

6- Emotion UI 5.0: It is important that you have Emotion UI 5.0 on your pone

7- IMEI number: Go to setting>About>Stauts and write down the IMEI number somewhere safe.

Unlock Code form Huawei Website

Step 1- The first step requires you to get unlock code from the official Huawei Website. Go there, make an account and login.

Step 2- Then go to downloep ads>unlock bootloader.

Step 3- A form will be presented to you, fill that up with all the information that you gathered in the above set.
Once done, click on Commit.

Step 4- You will see a code, just note the code down.

How to unlock bootloader using Fastboot and ADB:

Step 5- Once done with all the above steps, now we come to the actual process.

Step 6- Connect your device with the computer. Ensure that both OEM and developers options is enabled.

Step 7- Enter the command “adb reboot bootloader” in the command prompt.

Step 8- To unlock the bootloader, enter “fastboot oem unlock [unlock code]. This code is the one that you retrieved from the official website of Huawei.
