How to Root Xiaomi Mi6 with Android 7.1.1 firmware with SuperSu:

  1. Start with download the SuperSu.zip file on your phone. Make sure it is placed on the internal storage of Mi6.
  2. Enter the TWRP recovery mode and then install the SuperSu.zip file.
  3. Once the file is flashed, restart your phone.
  4. When your phone restarts, install SuperSU for handling root permissions on the device.

That short and simple it was to root your Xiaomi Mi6.
