Below is the step by step guide that will help you with installing the TWPR 3.1.0 recovery on your brand new Samsung Galaxy S8. Keep in mind that the tutorial is only for Galaxy S8 G950FD or G950F.
You need to enable the developers options from the Setting. Go to Setting>About Phone and then you need to tap on build number multiple times.
You also need to enable OEM Unlocking. To do so, go to Settings>Developers Options>OEM Unlocking
Enable the USB debugging mode on your Phone as well
Step by Step Guide:
Step 1: The first step is that you download TWRP 3.1.0 recover package n your Samsung Galaxy S8 and then extract those files on your computer.
Step 2: Second step is to download Odin, as this is going to help your install TWRP on Samsung Galaxy S8.
Step 3: The third step is that you Switch OFF your phone, go to Download Mode by pressing and hold the Bixby button and volume button together. Also, press the Power Button until you see a triangle and Android robot.
Step 4: Open Odin on your PC, and connect your phone to your computer while it is still in the Download mode.
When your phone connects successfully, you will see an ID: Com box that will on Odin, it will turn yellow and will have a port number.
Step 5: Now select the TWRP file that you downloaded on your phone.
If you haven’t already checked the F. Reset Time options in Odin, do that and also uncheck the Auto Reboot option.
Step 6: Now simply click on the start button in Odin. After the installing, hold on to your Bixby button, Power Button and Volume Down Button altogether until the screen is back on.
Step 7: Once you see the screen, let go of the volume down button, and press the volume up button in its place. Make sure that you are pressing the other buttons as told above. Your phone will open in the recovery mode.

Step 8: Tap on the reboot option in TWRP to reboot your device.
