Google has jumped into the smartphone race just few months ago with their own mobiles Pixel and Pixel XL. How to fix screen auto-rotate not working problem in Google Pixel Mobiles:

Solution one:   

The first and very common reason could be a bad app in your Pixel mobile which could be causing the issue. Boot your Pixel mobile into safe mode and the problem should go away. If booting your device doesn’t help and the problem still exists then uninstall any recent app you installed after which you started to face the auto-rotate issue.

Solution two:

The auto-rotate not working could also be caused due to some problems with your device’s G-sensor accelerometer. You can fix this problem by downloading an app from Google Play Store called GPS &  Status Toolbox to fix the sensors. This should fix the auto-rotate problem.

Solution three:

The third and for now the last fix is to download a third party app called Rotation Control from Google Play Store. The app will let your enable the auto-rotate view manually.
