The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus was launched last week and this one comes with a button called Bixby. For those people who are not up to date, Bixby is a virtual assistant Samsung software that is said to work similar to the Google Assistant, although you can say that the Galaxy S8 still has to be in the hands of buyers, people could Prove that the phone prefers to have a Bixby button with Google assistant that alone.
Marques Brownlee (@MHHD) was one of those who proposed re-assigning the Bixby Button, he said,

“The first to make an application that is able to reassign the Bixby button on the Galaxy S8 to Google Assistant earns $$$.”

This made them rush to find a way of being able to launch google assistant with the button Bixby, and today a person of Reddit called Homeguy123 confirmed that it is totally possible, as we can see in the following YouTube video:

Using a free app called “All in One Gestures“, available in the Google Play Store, the Bixby Button could be restored to start with the Google app. Androidiospack will show you how to activate Google Assistant with Bixby Button on the Galaxy S8 / S8 + step by step. If you still do not have your Samsung Galaxy, it is recommended that you see this tutorial and reassign the phone to start with the Google Assistant.

How to activate the Google Assistant with Bixby Button – Reassign the Bixby button on the Galaxy S8 / S8 +

Step 1: – When all in one Gestures is already fully installed. The first thing to do is to allow access to fix the system configuration.
Step 2: – When you are already in the application, press where it says “Hard Keys”.
Step 3: – Now click Enable; A message will then appear prompting you to enable the All Gestures Accessibility Service. Enter configuration and go to where it says “All in one gestures” in the services part.
Step 4: – Press the OFF button to turn it on, this will enable the All Gestures Access Service.
Step 5: – After performing this, you should press the button again not many times until you return to “all in one gesture”.
Step 6: – Now, we are ready to reassign the Bixby Button. Press the overflow button. You can then see the option called Custom Keys.
Step 7: – Press it and they you will see a box asking for “Add Custom Key” when you have already seen the box, you must press the Bixby Button and instantly press again to go back to “All in One Gestures”.
Step 8: – When you are back there, you will see that the Key Code field is filled with the number 1082. This is the key code that was commanded by the Bixby Button when you pressed it. Click Add to get “All-in-One Gestures,” and be able to add it as a key code that will listen and intercept.
Step 9: – Click in the circle box next to the code (1082), under Custom Keys, to open a different box. The first screen that is displayed is called Action. Press in the search and when the search options exit, select Search by voice. Finished with it, you should see the voice search under the code (1082) in the custom key part of the application.
Step 10:- You can now press the Bixby Button to start Google Assistant.
