You have finally got your hands on the awesome Aim controller charge, but it seems that there is something wrong with it. When you try to connect your hot new piece but it doesn’t work properly, you don’t have to worry about it. Failure to charge is among the most common issues of aim controller. We understand that this is also the most frustrating issues. Reason being no flashing lights and error codes can aid you in resolving this problem.

Check your Settings

The charging environment is imperative. Since all USB cables look alike, one might think that it is perfectly alright to use anyone. But what one fails to understand that every USB cable has its own composition that affects the charging of the Aim controller. It is highly recommended that you make use of the cable that comes with the Aim controller, or use one that is designed specifically for Aim controller. Another important point is to remember is that when you are trying to recharge your controllers and accessories, you should ensure that the Play station is either turned on or is in Reset mode. If play Station is turned it, it is less likely to charge the controllers and accessories. Also, you need to check Setting for that follow the steps below.

  • Select Settings from the Home Screen.
  • Look for Power Save Settings and Select it.
  • Then click on the Set Functions Available in Rest Mode.
  • Lastly, change the Supper Power to USB Power options to “Always”

Double Check Everything

It is important that you double check everything. If the above things are in order. You should check the following.

  • Try troubleshooting your device.
  • Trying using another port on your PlayStation for charging.
  • Try using the standard DualShock for charging your controllers to check if the problem is with controllers or charging port.
