And the issue is Nexus 6P’s “device stuck on do not disturb mode”. Lets talk about the issue and it’s potential solution.

Device Stuck on Do Not Disturb Mode

There are some users who complain that they are unable to get their phone off the do not disturb mode. Once the mode it enabled, the phone remains in that mode, regardless the multiple reboots.

Potential Solutions

It is a software issue that Google has acknowledged. The recent updates have fixed this particular issue for a number of people, but it seems there are still some who face this issue.

For people who are still suffering from this problem,should go to Setting>Sound and Notification>Do not disturb>Automatic rules. There they need to start a custom rule that should instigate at some point in the past and it is finished within few minutes after you enable the settings. Now the phone will be on standby and once the rule expires, the Do not Disturb mode will also be disabled.
