How to create a new folder in your iPhone’s iCloud Drive:
Step 1: First of all you will have to launch iCloud drive on your iPhone.

Step 2: You will see ‘Select, on the upper right corner of the screen, tap on it.
Step 3: You will see ‘New folder’ in the lower left corner of the screen, tap on it.
